Pour boiling water over tea, St John's wort and mint put in equal proportions as a usual tea, and let it draw for no less than 8 minutes.

Tea with Black Currant Leaf

Pour 4 cups of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of dry minced leaf of black currant (better gathered during the flowering period) together with a usual tea brewing.
This tea perfectly matches the table with Russian home-made pies - vatrushki (open cottage cheese or jam pies), shangi (open potato pies), etc .
